The Coffee
The Koerintji Barokah Bersama Cooperative, located on a fertile plateau at the foot of Mount Kerinci, a volcano in the Pacific Ring of Fire. The cooperative has 320 members who farm on Sumatra, an area enriched by the fertile volcanic soil from Mount Kerinci’s historic eruptions. Triyono manages the cooperative, leading members in processing and roasting their own coffee. They possess a fully equipped facility with a roaster, dry mill, and a cupping lab.
Suitable for all brewing methods.
