The Coffee
Edinson Argote is a passionate young coffee producer with extensive experience in the industry. This stunning coffee is produced at Quebraditas Coffee Farm, a venture he runs with his family. Highlighting family ties, hard work, and a drive for progress, Edinson’s journey reflects his commitment to quality and innovation in coffee production.
This unique processing includes harvesting 90% ripe cherries, floating to remove unwanted cherries, oxidation in food-grade plastic drums for 24 hours, dry pulping, and two fermentation stages. The coffee is then mechanically dried and stabilized. This coffee was a real standout on the cupping table.
Expect notes of mango sorbet and tropical fruit, with a complex and memorable profile. We believe it will be a delightful experience for your palate
