Clever Delgado manages La Huaca, a 4-hectare family farm in Peru. By renovating his land and optimizing plant health, he has successfully transitioned to growing Geisha, Caturra, and Bourbon. Clever maintains high quality through strict cherry selection, a 72-hour fermentation, and careful drying on raised beds. These rigorous standards and improved agricultural techniques have significantly elevated his coffee’s flavour profile and production efficiency.
