The Coffee
Born and raised in Huila, Jefferson Adrián Motta transformed a lifelong passion for coffee into a legacy of excellence. Through his dedicated work at Motta Farm, he utilizes innovative agricultural techniques to produce high-quality specialty coffees. His commitment to sustainability and continuous improvement has not only elevated the region’s coffee standards but also created vital opportunities for his family and the local community. This the coffee undergoes a 72-hour multi-stage fermentation featuring yeast, fruit pre-fermentation, and precise pH monitoring. It is then washed at 20°C and sun-dried for 8 to 12 days.
Suitable for filter style brewing methods or if you are very adventurous as a very different espresso
