The Cerrado blend originates primarily from the Cerrado and Alta Mogiana regions, where altitudes of 800–1,200m and advanced farming techniques produce a world-class bean. The Cerrado region holds the prestigious distinction of being Brazil’s first Designation of Origin coffee area. Meanwhile, the Alta Mogiana region,named after the railway company that played a key role in its coffee expansion, is celebrated for its fertile soils, stable climate, and high elevation. Characterised by its natural processing, the coffee is celebrated for its low acidity and heavy body. Expect a classic flavour profile of chocolate, caramel, and nuts, making it an exceptionally balanced choice for espresso and milk based drinks enthusiasts
