The Coffee
This blend from two farms in the Cerrado Mineiro Region includes contributions from Paulo Henrique and Carlos Fardim, both members of Apcer, the certified Fairtrade association. These producers prioritize quality, meticulously preparing their coffees to achieve outstanding sensory results each year.
Their process involves selective mechanical harvesting and natural drying on brick patios. All processing facilities meet top-quality conditions for specialty coffee production. The prominent notes of chocolate and nuts, along with a clean taste, reflect the care invested in the process.
