The Bossa Nova regional blend originates from Cerrado, a vast Brazilian tropical savannah spanning nearly two million square kilometres. Celebrated as the world’s most biodiverse savannah, it hosts approximately 10,000 plant species. Although historically deemed unfit for farming, scientific advancements in land management and fertilisation techniques during the late 1990s transformed the landscape for industrial agriculture. Today, Cerrado has evolved into one of Brazil’s most productive coffee-growing regions. It is globally renowned for consistently delivering high-quality coffee, overcoming its challenging past through innovation to become a premier specialty hub.
