Jefferson Adrián Motta, a dedicated producer from Acevedo, Huila, blends traditional practices with experimental methods to achieve precision and sustainability. This is our second coffee from Jefferson. By applying a natural process to his Pink Bourbon coffee, he enhances its sweetness and complexity, resulting in a vividly structured winey cup profile.
We recommend drinking this coffee black using filter methods to best appreciate its potential.
