Handpicked from the finest cherries, this coffee is crafted using a specialized anaerobic natural process, where the fruit rests patiently in a sealed, oxygen-free environment to coax out its most vibrant characteristics. The beans are then slowly dried under the sun and finished with precision to lock in maximum freshness and flavour consistency. This passionate dedication rewards you with an incredibly rich, smooth, and complex cup, bursting with delightful tasting notes.
