Signing up to one of our subscriptions means you will never run out of your favourite coffee! Choose from our curated subscription options: Roaster’s Choice, where our head roaster hand-selects fresh and unique coffees for every delivery; or choose from our best-selling favourites from our Core Range.

All coffee subscriptions include free tracked shipping. Or if you prefer you can pop by our roastery and pick it up, we’ll inform you by email when its ready.

We despatch all subscriptions the day after we receive it (Monday to Friday)

Yes, you can either choose one of our weekly, fortnightly or monthly subscriptions (which will continue until cancelled) or  choose a fixed three month subscription. 

Make sure you enter the persons email and postage address in ‘Ship to a different address’.

Click on subscriptions then ‘View’. Here you can pause or suspend your subscription.

Please note, if you pause your subscription, when you re-enable it your next subscription date will remain the same. So if you have a monthly subscription on the 8th and you pause it on the 6th and don’t activate it again till the 15th, you won’t be charged again until your intial renewal date of the 8th.

  1. Navigate to the My Subscriptions section.
  2. Click on View on the desired subscription to get the subscription details.
  3. Click on Change Payment.
  4. Select the new payment method.
  5. Click on the Change payment method to save the new payment method.

Find the ‘Addresses’ section and simply edit your shipping  information. 

You can cancel your subscription in your account / subscriptions  https://casacoffeeroasters.co.uk/my-account

Or you can contact us and we will do it for you, confirming your name, address and  subscription .
